BEFORE EVENT:
- VNC will contact you directly to arrange and confirm the schedule of a one-on-one online meeting between Vietnamese and Korean companies.
- At least 2 days before the event date, we will contact you to send the Zoom meeting link and confirm the information again with you (Please send us the attendees’ business cards before meeting).
IN EVENT:
- Vietnamese and Korean representatives discuss about the information of company, market and products with the support of an interpreter in the one-on-one meeting.
- Note: In order to make the meeting go smoothly, please join the Zoom link 5 minutes before the scheduled time so that we can assist in checking the transmission as well as the sound system.
AFTER EVENT:
- VNC will still support you information related to quotations, sample products, how to set another meeting, etc. between both sides if you need.
In general, each meeting lasts about 30 minutes. However, it can be a bit longer or shorter depending on the schedule of the events or the purpose of the meeting.
In the meeting, Korean and Vietnamese representatives usually discuss about:
- Company introduction
- Products information (functions, ingredients, price, etc.)
- Vietnam market for the product
- Cooperation methods
Signing contract or importing goods is not required. The meetings mainly focus on exchanging and sharing information between both sides. Signing contract or importing goods, if any, depends on the agreement between the two parties in the meeting.
Most Korean companies send a certain amount of sample products to Vietnam in order to best support Vietnamese businesses to test products before meeting.
However, due to limited quantity, please REGISTER or contact us as soon as possible.
Korean companies will send quotations directly to Vietnamese partners during the meeting or after the meeting via the email that VNC have been previously provided.
